Hi all. I am short-term letting my double bedroom in a two-bed, top floor flat in a quiet residential street between Clapham and Brixton. The room is light and airy, and comes with a bed and mattress, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. There is also space for a large desk in the bay window, perfectly suited for home working.

Completed refurbishments to the flat include a new kitchen and a newly painted bathroom. The flat also benefits from significant loft storage and a communal basement storage area.

The flat is well connected, with Clapham North Station a 12 minute walk away, while Clapham Common and Brixton are easily accessible by foot or via the bus stop at the end of the street (417, 137 and 355 routes).

You’ll be sharing with my 31-year-old housemate, a keen cyclist, musician and pub-goer. Due to the nature of his work (airline pilot) he often spends 2/3 day trips away from the flat, so you will often have it to yourself (he can also get you cheap plane tickets).

Rent is £1350 including bills. Short term lets only.
