Furnished, double room available in a 2 bed ground floor garden flat, moments away from Brockwell Park and a short walk into central Brixton.

I purchased the flat just over two years ago and live here with my girlfriend Lily. Our current flat mate is sadly moving out so we are looking for a new friendly housemate to share our home with.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen / living room which has bi-fold doors that open out onto the garden patio. At the end of the garden there is a summerhouse with a desk set up and a shed.
The bathroom is spacious, with a stand-alone shower and separate bath. There’s also a basement which provides plenty of storage!

The room itself has a double bed with under bed storage, a tall wardrobe and chest of draws. There’s a windowed doorway that leads out down the side of the flat into the garden.

Rent is £850pcm plus bills. Council Tax band C. Our current bills are ~£350 per month, so would be around £116 each between the three of us. TV license and Sky TV included in the rental price.

Lily and myself are both aged 28 working in the media industry (working from home 1/2 days a week). We are outgoing and relaxed, and enjoy a busy schedule, but equally love a night in watching our favourite TV shows! We love to socialise and host our friends for dinner parties now and then.
