Currently the couple who are renting the flat use one bedroom as an office.
The minimum let is 12 months but I am looking for tenants who are likely to stay longer. The deposit would be 5 weeks rent ie £2000.
As the flat is in good condition we are looking for tenants who are prepared to treat it as home; look after it and keep it up to scratch. Probably professionals; references from employers and previous landlords are essential and no smokers or pets, thank you.
Please note that the flat is not available until October 19-26,- this is open to negotiation. As the private landlord (me!) lives away, the existing tenants are prepared to show people round.
