Double room in 2-bed garden flat in Brixton

Hi all,

I'm renting out the second bedroom in my flat from now until - Feb/March. I'm flexible on timings so happen to accept a shorter period of time, or also open to discuss monday-friday rent options.

If you are interested in longer term, there could be the option to take over the lease (I'm in the process of buying a flat, so likely to move out in Feb)

The bedroom is in a beautiful ground floor flat in Brixton, with a south facing garden. The bedroom is furnished (double bed, wardrobe & TV) has a little patio and there is room for a desk. There is a shared living room & bathroom, a basement with washer & dryer (& plenty of storage space), and parking space on the street.

About me, I'm 31 and I work as principal product manager for a tech company in Shoreditch. I'm in the office 2-3 days a week, and work from home on other days. I love cooking, travelling, going to workout classes and painting. I'm a chilled flatmate and I'm looking for someone who is respectful, tidy but also fun to hang out with every now and then.

I live with my cat Milo, so looking for someone who is OK with cats and happy to look after him if I'm away for a weekend.

Rent is £1200, this includes internet & council tax but excludes GWE (around £100 per month). There is also a lovely cleaner that comes every other week (which I'm paying for).
