Double room with big bathroom

We are looking for a new housemate to move into our big house in Brixton in january. Your room has loads of built-in storage and has a huge bathroom right outside the door. It can come furnished if you'd like to keep any of the furniture in the room, or unfurnished if you'd like to start fresh! The room will be about £1200 per month including all bills (mini-budget dependent). Room will be available from early Jan (although if our housemate leaves before then you might be able to move in early)

The house itself is right on the border of Brixton, Clapham and Clapham South and is about a 15 minute walk to Brixton or Clapham Common. We've also got a bus stop a minute down the road. There's a ridiculous amount of extra space in the house - we have a dedicated laundry room (it's bigger than most london bedrooms) with separate washing machines and dryers, and there's a loft, boiler room and even some outside storage for us to keep our things. 2 fridges, an air fryer, coffee machine and a kitchenaid (all yours to use as well). In the living room, there's a couple of big sofas and a 50" TV.

The two of us staying (Ruan and Jayne) are mates from uni and have been here for a few years. We are your regular londoners - like going out at the weekend, takeaways and shit tv to recover on sundays. Jayne is a master chef and baker, if we're lucky this happens on sundays. Ruan spends a lot of time cycling. Neither of us are great at writing about ourselves, so if you fancy joining the house let's grab a pint x
