A large top-floor ensuite room is available in our Brixton/Clapham house from 8th January. The room is quiet, bright, and comes with loads of built-in storage; you’ll just need to bring your bed and desk. Rent is £1,150 including bills (slightly negotiable for couples).

- Big living room with sofas + 50” TV

- 10–15 min walk to Brixton, Clapham Common, Clapham North
- 1 min to bus stop
- Gyms (5–7 min), Clapham Common (10 min), Brockwell Park (15 min)

Who’s here:
- Two housemates (Jayne & Ruan), mates from uni - we've lived here 5 years now!
- Jayne is a consultant, low-key masterchef, and professional pickleball player (seriously)
- Ruan works in cybersecurity and trains most days at the gym
- Social but respectful of each others space
