Spare room in 3 bedroom maisonette in Brixton

Looking for a young professional (female preferred).

I’m Hermione, currently looking with my friend/ flatmate Jacob for a third person to fill the third room in our flat. My sister has been living in the room for the past two years, but alas, is moving out now.

I’m a freelance producer and jump around a lot with work. I sometimes work from home, I’m sometimes in an office, I’m sometimes away for weeks or months filming.
Jacob is a doctor and his rotas are constantly changing, but majority of the time he’s in the hospital working.

We both love cooking, gym classes and watching a good series together.
Looking for someone with a similar vibe, who’s kind, friendly and respectful of the house.

Flat Details:
Double bedroom available in a three bedroom maisonette house. The bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers and a large eaves in the wall for extra storage.
Separate dining room, kitchen and living room. One bathroom.
The flat is about 20 minutes from Brixton Station and Clapham South.

- Bills £130-£150 mark>per month (ish - Gas and Electricity madness depending)
