The double room is fully furnished for £950 per month, excluding bills. The room has a very large built in wardrobes. There is room for a desk which I can supply if required. The mattress is brand new. Available from 24th February.

The flat has a bright and spacious living area, modern kitchen, shared bathroom and a lovely outside area. The location is great, on a quiet and peaceful road with shops around the corner.

I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me. Charlie, who is staying, is a fantastic flatmate; she’s very tidy and considerate. Am looking for someone who enjoys a fairly relaxed home life, with exercise, good food.
