It’s a short walk from Brockwell Park, and there is a good coffee shop/corner store/pub just around the corner, and an easy distance from all that Brixton has on offer.

THE ROOM:
The double room is fully furnished for £1150 per month, including bills. The room has a very large built in wardrobe. There is room for a desk which I can supply if required. The mattress is brand new. Available from 1st October.

THE FLAT:
The flat has a bright and spacious living area, modern kitchen (dishwasher etc), shared bathroom and a lovely outside area. The location is great, on a quiet and peaceful road with shops around the corner.

5-minute walk to Tesco express & 10-minute walk to a large Sainsburys
5-minute walk to pubs and restaurants

I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me. Ross, who is staying, is a fantastic flatmate; he’s a great cook and very considerate. Am looking for someone who enjoys a fairly relaxed home life, with exercise, good food.
