Double room available in friendly Brixton flat

Hi! We are Zana and Scott and we are renting a room in our lovely Brixton flat share. Zana (me!) is a 32 year old product manager and Scott is a 36 year old financial advisor. We met our current flatmate through Spareroom, but she is sadly moving to pastures new so we are looking for a new pal.

The available room is a comfortable, bright double and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The flat is in a fantastic location, 1 minute walk away from a big Tesco with Lidl just up the road. We are also a 5-7 minute walk away from Brixton Station where you can be in Central London within 20 minutes.

The flat itself is light and spacious with a good sized lounge/ dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has all the standard bits; an electric 4 hob oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc. There is access to a garage which is perfect for bikes and a small communal garden at the front. If needed, we can also apply for a parking permit as there is parking at the rear.

The rent for the room is currently £760. All bills are split evenly and are approximately £150 each per month. Important: we do not know if the landlord will choose to raise the rent if accepting a new tenant, so please bear in mind these are just the current figures.
