Double Room in Brixton with Garden

Hi!

We are looking for a flat mate for our 3 bed Victorian terrace in Brixton.

You will be living with a couple - Tasha and Josh (both 31) and Paige (30) ☺️ Tasha is a nurse, Josh works within the music industry and Paige works in HR.

Throughout the year we have Tasha & Josh’s sausage dog Levi stay with us so must be ok with dogs 🐶
As a house we love doing the usual stuff together like watching a film, going to the pub for the quiz, day festivals and events and just generally exploring London. So we would like someone similar to keep the same vibe! Equally we like to spend time on our own.

We all travel frequently so you often would have the house to yourself.

The flat is the upper half of the house and is split over three floors. It has a south facing balcony and a huge garden which was perfect in the summer!

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs which is Tasha & Josh’s and the downstairs one would be split between you and Paige. The house has a kitchen, open living/dining area, utility and large entrance hall. Brixton tube and Clapham North are equal distance (roughly 10 min walk) so plenty of travel options.

The landlord lives abroad and so the housekeeper lives down stairs and is lovely and super responsive to any issues.

We are keen to make sure the new tenant fits with our house dynamic, and If this sounds like you please drop us a message and tell us a bit yourselves! We are also happy to do FaceTime viewings if that’s easier 😊
