Gorgeous Split Level Room in Central Brixton

The Room: Gorgeous large room becoming available in Central Brixton from mid December but main contract takeover needed from Jan. The room itself has a mezzanine bed so leaves loads of space underneath for a sofa, desk/TV etc.

The Flat: The flat is a 30 second walk from big Tesco & Lidl and 5 minute walk from Brixton station so couldn’t ask for a better location! It is very spacious and split over 2 floors (top 2 floors of a 3 floor terraced house). It has a very rustic but homely feel and has a large kitchen and even larger living/ dining room with lots of natural light.

The Bills: We pay all our bills direct to the landlord which makes things very easy, the rate is around £120 a month PP for everything (worth noting that Wifi is very good and decent speed for WFH).

The Flatmates: Myself (technology consultant) and Jemma (trainee doctor) have been friends since uni and are very chill to live with. We both love going out, going to festivals and having fun but also love a chilled night in with some crap tv . In the weeks we both do a combo of office and WFH and are out and about most the weekend. We’d love someone that had a similar lifestyle to us that could easily slot in and have fun together but also has their own lives going on outside the house.

The current tenancy to be taken over goes until the end of July 25 but it is likely we will then extend for another year so opportunity to stay longer if you wanted :).
