Cosy room available In a friendly home in a great location in central Brixton.
Would suit somebody who works in London in the week and travels back home at the weekend ie Monday - Thursday/Friday.
Our quiet street is 6/7 minutes from the tube, the Ritzy cinema and the buzzing restaurant & bar scene.
We are a similar distance from beautiful Brockwell Park, with its Lido, gym and huge green space and Herne Hill & it’s Sunday market.
Electric Avenue is close by, along with numerous supermarkets and a variety of excellent independent shops.
The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable lounge, dining area and well equipped eat in kitchen. The sunny garden is great for Bbqs and drinks or just enjoying the birds 🍷
I work in Education and live with a lovely friend ,who works in Hotels.
No WFH please, as we prefer to keep work & home life separate.
Our house is relaxed, sociable and open to new people, into music, film, cooking, gigs, travel and dodgy reality tv…
You will need to like cats as we have two faithful moggies 🐈
