My current housemate is moving out this weekend and the next housemate is moving in the weekend of the 9th November,
Flexibility for shorter let, ie 3 or 4 weeks - open to discussion for the right person.

Double room available in bright 2 bed flat. The flat is extremely well connected with an array of buses into central London, 10-12 minutes’ walk to Brixton tube, and 10 minutes to Herne hill train station.
The flat is moments from Brockwell park, and all the amenities the lovely Herne hill has to offer including the Sunday farmers market. Brixton hill is also a few minutes’ walk.
The room includes a bed and mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. There is additional underbed storage.
The whole flat is maintained to a high standard with a brand-new bathroom and kitchen. The flat is third floor (top floor) of a purpose built building.
About me, I am 33 and work in central London with typically 1 wfh day. I enjoy socialising with friends, exploring London’s’ parks and pubs and keeping active.
I am looking for someone like minded who is wanting to enjoy the flat as their home, happy to chinwag, but is also respectful of space. If this sounds like you please get in touch!
