About Us:
We are two young(ish!) Kiwis with busy professional and vibrant social lives. We enjoy chill movie nights, kitchen chats, and a few cheeky drinks on the weekend. Our home is stable, friendly, and filled with positive energy.
The Flat:
• Warm and Light: Well-insulated and quiet, set across two floors.
• First Floor: Large lounge, modern kitchen, office/storage, and one of the existing occupants' bedrooms.
• Second Floor: The available room, another bedroom, and a sunny but private roof patio.
Location:
• Convenient: Walking distance to Brixton central and Clapham Common.
• Quiet: Situated off the main road in a relaxed environment.
• Transport: A 2-minute stroll to a major bus route with regular connections.
• Amenities: Several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and concert venues close at hand.
• Landlord: We enjoy a good relationship with our landlord, who is responsive and not intrusive.
