And the room itself is nicely sized, with a queen sized bed and plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of draws and a desk which makes a nice workspace and bedside tables.
Two males in their mid to late twenties looking for someone sociable, easy going and tidy to fill the room. We're both sociable guys it'd be good to have someone to join us on nights out or chilled nights in.
One of us is a brewer so there's plenty of free beer on offer, and the other is a financial PR so do with that you will. We both smoke but don't smoke inside and like to keep the house nice and tidy.
We've been living here for two years already and we are currently in discussions with the landlord and will have a new contract drafted for a 12-month duration.
The landlord will require references as well as proof of employment.
And finally, rent is £770 a month not including bills
council tax is £60
