Double room in Brixton

-lovely double room room comes with a lovely bay window, with shutters, 2 large fitted wardrobes, a double bed, side table, lamp, chairs and a bearu desk

-Good size garden with a pizza oven, fire pit and various sitting and outdoor eating areas (just like love island apparently)

-right by to shops, restaurants and close to both Brixton, clapham (clapham common and north) and streatham close to bus, tubes and train stations with quick and easy travel throughout london,- excellent Deliveroo too

-Had the loveliest housemate for the past year, did dinners, trips, bbq's, brunches staycations and lots together past year but is sadly moving in with his girlfriend

A bit about me: 28 year old professional, born and bred south-Londoner, currently working in travel (yes I get discount usually in the office about 3 times a week. Above average cook who enjoys socialising, art galleries, netflix binging and overpriced gym classes (goes about 5-6 a week). Ideally looking for a housemate that is up for a laugh on the weekends and a night out debrief on a Sunday. But I also appreciate a housemates own space and tidy. Oh, and I have deliveroo premium! I have spent the last few years working in start-ups after going to uni, and living in Canada and Australia for a year each (sadly I still haven’t found myself).
