Spacious loft room with ensuite- Mon-Fri let

MON-FRI LET. Loft double room with ensuite bathroom (sliding doors separate it from the bedroom). It's on the top floor of the house, so it can be as self-contained as you want it to be- there is a TV and kettle/coffee maker in the room. Also shared use of the kitchen, lounge, and garden on the ground floor.

I am in my 50's and work full-time, part of the week working from home. I’m looking for a lodger who needs somewhere midweek (ideally Mon- Fri or other week days) likely working in London and living somewhere else at weekends. I can negotiate on rent for someone wanting the room for fewer days than Mon-Fri.

I am away with work a fair bit, so you would have the house to yourself some of the time. I also have a friendly cat who is great company. I'm looking for someone independent, easy going and friendly. I have lived here for many years, it’s a lovely quiet area close to Brockwell Park and a 5 min bus or 15 min walk to Brixton centre. I'm flexible about the move-in date.
