The flat is 5 minutes walk from Brockwell Park, 15 minutes walk from the closest big Sainsbury's and a couple of nice pubs (Hootananny, Effra Social or Elm Park Tavern), 15 minutes walk from Herne Hill (through the park), 20 minutes walk from Brixton Station and is served by buses 2, 432 & 415 (within 5 mins walking) and 3, 37, 45, 118, 133, 159, 59, 333 (and others within 5 mins walking).
