Big Double Bedroom in Brixton

Hi potential flatmates!

We are a flat ten-fifteen minutes away from Brixton tube, 5 mins away from Brockwell park. The room on offer is the biggest room on the front facing side of the flat with lovely view. There are five of us here but we have two toilets and a shared living room so it's not purely bedrooms! You would be living with four other women (Aleisha, Lamprini, Andrea and Rachel.) We like chilling out in the living room and balcony, and are currently loving living near the park for walks. Otherwise we are pretty independent as we are pretty busy with our jobs. We are a mixture of working for fashion (Aleisha), art and animation (Lamprini), theatre and music (Rachel), photography (Andrea). We're all from different parts of the world (Spain, Greece, England). We also have a garden with a sitting area which we try to maintain.

The room is furnished with a brand new double bed frame and a desk.

If you're looking for friendly, creative, chill people, then this could be the house for you! Interviews will be in the next week. We make sure we communicate between us and consider our flat a home and not a base. We would like our new flatmate to be on the same mindset.

Bills are not included in the rent, these vary month to month, but typically come in between £60 and £100pm for everything. We each take responsibility for paying and organising a bill each. Rent is paid on 25th of each month direct to the landlord. No agents are involved, so we make arrangements for work and repairs direct through the landlord. The flat is unfurnished according to the tenancy agreement, so furnishings are the collective responsibility of the tenants. Kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is on street parking and a car park behind the flats. Parking restrictions for both don't apply at evenings and weekends, residents permits from Lambeth Council are required the rest of the time for both.

We're aiming for the room to be filled asap. This is a bargain for the location - double in a really friendly flat. If you have any questions let me know :)
