Fun & social Brixton flat - double room available

1 Double room available from 15th September in a fab four bedroom flat in Brixton. We are looking for a social and friendly girl to fill our spare room as I am moving in with my boyfriend.

Need to confirm the name swap on the contract with our landlord before the 14th July in order to renew the contract so looking for someone who is ready to move forward if we all get on well!

The Housemates

You will be moving in with Chiara, who wins a doctor, Nan, who works for a trade body, and Georgina who is a recipe developer - we are 25-28, the girls work a mixture of in the office and from home. Weekday evenings are usually spent cooking and watching Netflix and we are very sociable on the weekends, love going for a drink, seeing friends and chilling. We’ve all become good friends through our shared home and want to find someone to match this vibe!

The House / Area

A four bedroom flat with two bathrooms (1 shower room & 1 bath room), and a kitchen/living room. Super close to transport links - 3 min walk to Brixton Tube & Overground, lots of bus routes. For shops we are 5 mins walk from big Tesco or there is a Sainsbury’s Local/M&S on the high street. Brixton is lively and you will never be short of something to do locally! We are also in walking distance of Herne Hill, Brockwell Park, Clapham Common etc.

The Room

The room will be double sized, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Use of a bathroom shared with 1 other person. As we have just received our renewal price we are just working out which room will be available however they are all similar and will update the listing with the confirmed available room when we have decided. The one in the picture is representative of all of them! It will be approx £1000 per month excluding bills.

Bills

Bills are approx £100pcm per person - can fluctuate between summer/winter and with variable prices but it generally works itself out with paying the same in each month. This covers gas, electric, water, council tax (band E), wifi and any shared household extra (toilet roll, washing up liquid etc)

About you

We are ideally looking for a girl to fill the room. We want our new housemate to fit in really well and hopefully become good friends not just roommates :)
