Looking for a lovely new flatmate! SW21RS

Hey guys! We’re looking for a new friendly flatmate for a double room en-suite in our new build flat on Brixton Hill and it’s a 10 min walk from Brixton station (Victoria line) with multiple bus stops at our front door.

Move in date mid June and you’ll be sharing the flat with two Irish girls aged 24/27. Both work onsite everyday so you have the flexibility of working from home and have lots of space for a desk in your room! I’ll be leaving the property because I’m moving to my own flat!

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and fun to be around! We are a social house but we also enjoy chilling around the house during the week so we’re looking for a friend rather than just a flatmate vibe 😊

The room is a large double room with an en-suite. Its fully furnished with a good size wardrobe, double bed, bedside locker, chest of drawers and also a large storage cupboard of your own in the hallway which is great for any extra bits like coats and suitcases that you may have (see pics)! The additional furniture (desk/chair/shelves/TV/mirror/plants/pictures) are all owned by the person leaving but hopefully this will give you inspo for how you can style the room!

At the moment, bills are approx £118 each but this may change over time.
