Standard interests - tv (trash too), food, music, drinking out etc. fairly quiet during the week and going out at the weekend. Non smokers, no pets (sorry!), no couples and no students.
Looking for someone with a similar work pattern, interests, clean and sociable.
Available from 1st September, bills work out at approximately £130-£150 per month depending on time of year. Really nice and reliable landlord (very rare in London these days).
