This unique five bedroom house near Brockwell Park will be available from 1 June 2024. Seeking one new flatmate, preferably female.

The property is located on the bend of a quiet, residential street but is just a five minute walk away from Sainsbury's and Brockwell Park with its lido and cafe and Herne Hill, and it's 15 min walk to Brixton Station and restaurants.

The Property

This large home has never been converted into flats and is one of only a handful of double-fronted houses in the Brockwell Park area. It is under private management and is the only rental managed by the owners. In other words, any problems and tenants here are always first in the queue. Always. Landlord lives in Hampshire.

On the upper floors are five double rooms and two large bathrooms.
