The flat: Two-bedroom first floor flat. Behind a private gate that only the residents can access with a fob for for added security. We have a long balcony with a private gate into the flat. It can be used to dry clothes,, have food/drinks (weather permitting!) and store bikes. We are on are on friendly terms with the neighbours.

The flat is fully furnished and newly redecorated. The kitchen has a breakfast table, and is big enough for two people to cook at the same time. The shared
living room is a spacious with a huge sofa as well as netflix, disney plus, amazon and Sky box.

I work in tourism and as an actor, so out most days and some early evenings, with my main hobbies being gym and rugby you’ll have the place to yourself after work fairly often.

I'm easy going and tidy. When I'm in I like to watch TV, have food and chat.

Otis is my friendly 1 year old french bulldog that lives in the flat - and goes out for more walks than i have hot dinners!

I'm looking for someone that's sociable and tidy, and obviously has to be a dog person. If you like the place and think we might get along well, send me a message with a bit about yourself.

Brixton tube station is 10 minutes on the bus, ( bus is stop straight out side the flat)..the bus (45) is every 7 minute. Bus to
Clapham are regular(417 n 137), as well as buses to Streatham, Battersea and Crystal Palace.

The travel to Oxford Circus / Leicester Square takes around 30 mins. You can also walk to Brixton/Clapham North/Clapham South/Clapham Common/ Balam tube stations in 20 minutes.

Tesco Express is across the road and Sainsbury's Local is less than five minute
