Double room on Brixton Hill

Decent sized, bright double room available from 01/11/2024 on Brixton Hill. Comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. You will be sharing the flat with myself (Lucas) and my mate Sammy. Both outgoing guys that work full time, both love our music, going to events/gigs and like to spend time by hanging out with friends on the weekends. The living room and kitchen is shared and we have every appliance you could wish for. Tube wise we are about 15 mins walk to Brixton station (my pb is 12 mins) which is straight walk down Brixton Hill. Great spot as we are a 2 second walk from a Tesco Express and also have some sick coffee shops only 5 mins away e. g. F Mondays and Stir. Our local pub is the Whitehorse which does a decent roast on a Sunday. Just really looking for someone who is pretty chilled, clean, tidy, good craic and likes a pint of Guinness. Open to both guys and girls.
