My sister and I made so many fun memories here before we grew old and boring and its been home to two friends for the last few years. Now it needs a new generation of siblings, lovebirds or friends to move in. It’s a great location, walk down to Brixton in 15 mins or catch the bus in 5 if you’re feeling lazy.

Two double rooms are the same size so no arguments about who gets the bigger room. It's perfect for friends, but also could make a lot of sense for a young couple or single occupant looking for a spare room to use as an office.

Also a huge bonus of the flat is it comes with a parking spot, we loved having a space for a little run around so we could get out of the city on weekends.

The place is furnished. Modern kitchen and bathroom and has a balcony off the living room that's overlooked by trees not other apartments.

A bit about me, I’m Sian, I’ll be your landlord. I actually live in San Francisco, I’ll always make myself available if you need something but ultimately I’m looking for tenants that are happy to treat the flat like it’s their own home. I’ll always foot the bill for things that need doing but would love you to have a bit of ownership over the place too. You’ll certainly never need to ask me if you want to hang pictures!
