Double room with sunny balcony in central Brixton

Hi :) I'm taking a few months sabbatical and renting my room out for 3 months. The price advertised is £1100 including bills. I have lived here for over a year and a half and I love it! It is a warm and bright flat, just a 7 minute walk to Brixton station and right by the best pub - The Effra Tavern with live music and jazz 4 days a week (but no noise from the pub don't worry!)

I am looking for someone who wants to take the room from the 25th November 2023 - 18 February 2024

*The Flat*
The flat is a warm and light two bedroom flat with a big open plan living room and kitchen. We are a 7 minute walk from Brixton station and 5 minute walk from Brockwell Park and the lido. There is also on street parking if you apply for a permit with the council or free after 6pm.

*The Double Room*
The bedroom has a big south facing balcony with a King size double bed, a wardrobe, shelves and a piano keyboard.

*The housemate*
You will be living with my lovely friendly housemate Grant (30) who speaks English and French. LGBTQI+ friendly is important. It's a relaxed, friendly flat where we hang out sometimes in the evenings but also respect each others space and plans and are both busy people.

*The Last Details*
The cost is £1100 including bills. This includes council tax, electricity, gas, broadband water and a bi-monthly cleaner.
