1 room available in Brixton

Sadly our current house mate is moving out so we have a huge top floor room available with a king size bed and enough space to work upstairs as well. The property is 3 bedrooms and each of the bedrooms are on a separate floor. The flat has 1 bathroom and shared kitchen and living room. The flat is a great location in Brixton. 5 minute walk to the station and high street. Great local pub across the road. We are social but understand people need their own space. We both work in the office Mon-Fri so working from home is no issue. Viewings are welcome most days please just let us know in advance and we can make sure we are around.

Bills approximately £100 each.

Move date is flexible but has to be after the 26th July, let us know if you have any questions.
