Small double in Brixton houseshare

Hey all. We’re two professionals (Mel and Tom) looking for another professional to join our sociable house.

We live <10 mins from Brixton station, live close to shops etc, and we’re less than a 5 min walk to Brockwell park which is ideal for running/ a tipple in the park in summer. We’re close to a lot of pubs, restaurants, and 15 mins to Herne Hill where there’s markets on a Sunday. We like to keep the place clean/tidy.

Theres plenty to do in Brixton, and it would be ideal if you fancied joining us every now and then for a few at the local/ an occasional meal out. The living room is a decent size, usually sported by MAFS/cooking shows.

A bit about the property:
In the house theres 2 toilets, one bathroom, we have two fridges and theres plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Room is furnished. We have also have a small garden.

Room is exclusive of bills, which will be £200-£250 per month, split evenly between the three of us. Minimum rent term is 6 months (negotiable.)

The room is small and not big enough for a desk so wfh would have to be from the dining table. Tom is mostly in the office and I wfh 2 days a week. Therefore the room is more suitable for someone who is more office based/wfh 1-2 days a week.
