Two large double rooms in Brixton Hill

We have two double rooms going in our flat from May 1st (slightly flexible).

The rooms are spacious doubles, both furnished including built-in wardrobes, and space for a desk. Our flat has a decent size kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet and a big living room - with an open fire!

The flat is on the first floor (no lift), and includes the front garden.

Rent excludes bills which are usually around £130 a month.

You’ll be living with a woc in her late 20s, mixed student/working. Enjoys movies, reading, art, socialising, cooking, fashion, politics etc
Looking for communal/community living rather than just someone who shares the house. We are social but not invasive, open minded, non judgemental and friendly. Want someone who not only cleans up after themselves but takes turns cleaning/restocking shared areas too.
Don't mind smokers (outside) it's a chill house
