Holiday Sublet! (1-4 weeks)

Hey everyone, we’re looking to sublet our lovely South London flat for the holidays! We will be away from December 8th to January 8th, but dates for move-in are flexible, so we are offering the room on a weekly basis. The entire house will be for rent- there are 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an additional bed available on request, a modern kitchen, and an office. The flat is located in Brixton Hill, a residential South London neighborhood tucked away behind vibrant Brixton. It is a 5 minute bus to Brixton station, a 20 minute walk to Clapham Common, and a 15 minute train into central London. It is also located near a number of parks, including Brockwell Park, and easy to reach from both Gatwick and Heathrow airports. There is also a private bike storage behind it and street parking available.
