1 Double Room in beautiful Brixton home

Charming double bedroom available in early Aug 2024. Located 10 minutes walk from Clapham North or Brixton tube stations, on a quiet residential street with permit parking.

Our lovely housemates are moving out and we are looking to renew our existing lease in August 2024.

The bedroom overlooks the garden and is on the 2nd floor. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and shelving unit. The windows are tall and double glazed for that extra winter warmth. There are two bathrooms in the house - each is shared between two people.

You would be living with Anna (37), Becca (32) and Oliver (30)! Anna is from Sweden, works in banking, and loves to cycle. Becca is British, a paediatrician, and a coffee lover. Oliver is Australian, a Lecturer and Dietitian, and loves to cook and play tennis (terribly). We’re a friendly bunch who do dinners, brunch and other outings together. We welcome each other’s friends around (our friends live very close by!) and we can all be found cooking, making espressos, baking or watching movies together.

We’re looking for someone fun and considerate to maintain the vibe of the house. We respect common areas as well as each other's space and property. We all have independent lives but it’s so important to us that it always feels like a home.

Some small print stuff:
Our cleaner comes every two weeks, and we manage to keep the place clean in the meantime.
Bills (incl cleaner, council tax, gas, electricity) come to roughly £100-150 per month. (Council tax is Band E.)
