Hi there!

My girlfriend and I moved abroad for work, and since then, two lovely girls have been living with our amazing housemate, Nick. They’re now buying their own place, so we’re looking for two new people to join him in our wonderful flat!
Two bedrooms will be available for rent: Room 2 in early December and Room 1 in mid-January.

- Room 1 - £1,100/month - Very Large double room with built in wardrobe.
- Room 2 - £1,000/month - Equally sized room with large bay window
The 1,300 sq ft apartment is on the 2nd floor, just a 15-minute walk to Brixton Station (Tube & Overground) and 10 minutes to Streatham Hill (Overground). We love the location - you can walk to Clapham Common or Balham in about 20 minutes. Plus, Brockwell Park is only 10 minutes away, offering tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym, an outdoor pool, and more! For runners, the park’s loop is roughly 3km.
We’re just above a small Sainsbury’s (we call it the “big fridge” given how quickly you can pop down) and next door to a fantastic coffee spot, The Local Café - the staff there are amazing!

Now, about our wonderful housemate Nick: He’s 30, an accountant who hates accounting, loves sports, likes a trip to the pub, and is always up for hanging out - but also very happy in his own space. He usually goes to the office 3-4 days a week.
The flat is in council tax band C, with bills averaging about £158 per person per month.
