Lovely first floor flat in victorian terraced house with light and airy rooms and a shared garden with the flat below located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Hello we are Bex and Holly and we are looking for a friendly professional to share the flat with as our third housemate has bought her first home and is moving out. We take pride in keeping the flat homely and tidy and would like someone likeminded to live with us.

We have a good balance of social life, hobbies and work. A glass of wine after work is an often occurrence in the flat with some tunes on.

Our ideal flatmate will be friendly and add to this home. The double bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and furniture bought by the current tenant and a double bed (provided by the landlord). The room also has a lovely period feature fire place with glazed tiles.

The landlord is very chilled but attentive and has been great for the length of our tenancy.

Bills - Average £90 a month. Sometimes more in the winter when we turn the heating on more often.
This includes council tax which we are in band D.
The bills are not included within the rent and is managed by the flatmates.
On street parking available with permit.

The tenancy is individual contracts directly with the landlord.

The area is well connected. only 15-20min walk to Brixton and Clapham North Stations. Buses are very regular and come every few minutes and can get you to Brixton in 5-10mins.

Lots of shops within a few minutes walking distance from the flat and much a loved Caribbean shop and chicken shop with the best chips ever at a reasonable price.
