Being clean, tidy and respectful of the house is a biggy, as well as each other’s belongings.
We aren’t just looking for someone to fill room, looking for someone to vibe with our energy, easy going, friendly and QUEER!
(We are a mix of queer folk, trans, bi, non-binary)
Room will be available at the end of the month from March 30-31st. The contract is 1 year as you will be joining in March, the contract will end in September.
I believe some of us will leave, but I personally am hoping to get the contract renewed :)
BENEFITS ACCEPTED - you will need a uk guarantor to pass referencing. Unless you are in full time work making at least £30k a month.
