Beautiful 1-Bedroom Flat beside Brockwell Park

A cosy and quiet flat right beside Brockwell Park. There's a lot of natural light coming into the flat with the skylights. It's been my little refuge for the past 1+ year and I want someone to treat it with the same level of cleanliness and TLC that I have. No parties will be tolerated (all professionals living in the building).

I am looking to sublet the flat for a few months, and am flexible in terms of dates. Ideally, it would be around end of May (circa May 25th), until end up July, but happy to extend depending on your needs.

I WFH, so there's an added desk & chair w/ monitor that isn't seen on the pictures.

This is a perfect flat for one person. It's nice walk to Brixton tube station (about 15-20 minute walk), but also plenty of buses a few minute's walk away from the flat. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, but it's also very close to a big Sainsbury's, shops, cafes & restaurants.
