We are looking to fill a top floor room in our 3 bed house. The house is pretty big and has 2 living rooms, large kitchen and conservatory, garden and balcony looking into Brockwell Park!

We are looking for someone to take over the contract from the current tennant, you'll be sharing with a small group of friends consisting of 1 couple (M/F) and 1 other sharer (F). We're a queer friendly house and are all 27.

Looking for a responsible and clean flatmate. We're a friendly bunch who love to hang out as a flat at the pub or with a film night but we also respect each others space. We love the house and we're happy to do virtual or in person viewings to introduce you to our home.

Easy access to Brockwell Park through private entrance, 5 minutes walk to Brockwell Park Lido and community Gardens.

Good transport links - 15 minute walks to Herne Hill (Thameslink) and Brixton Underground (Victoria line).
