Double Room to rent with own bathroom, Brixton

Hi,

I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in my super lovely modern flat!

I am clean, tidy, respectful and chilled and am looking for a flatmate to match my energy. Looking for someone who wants to share a nice, chilled flat who has their own thing going on - I am pretty independent so ideally looking for somebody who is the same, but would also be keen for a drink or 2 at the pub or a movie night!

The flat is really well connected to Brixton/Clapham/Balham/Streatham and ideal for anyone working Central or South. Its a short bus to Brixton or 15ish minute walk to Clapham South station.

My flatmate had bought so I am looking for someone to take her room.

The room itself is a large double with built in mirrored double wardrobe and chest of drawers - it is also spacious enough for a desk! You would also have your own bathroom - this is not an en-suite, but as my room has an en-suite, it would be fully yours. It is a big bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Bills come to around £140 all in on top of rent bringing total monthly spend to around £1090 including council tax, energy, internet and TV licence. The landlord pays for our water.

We share a kitchen and living area which we have kept really cosy and tidy! There is plenty of space in the kitchen for two people!

The landlord is super lovely and we have a direct line with her.

About me: I am a Personal Assistant working for a women's health charity in London Bridge, going into the office2-3 days a week. I am clean, respectful and friendly. I've been in the flat for just under a year and absolutely love it here, the location is pretty good and I feel we have a good deal price wise in compassion to other flats! I am pretty busy with work, the gym and seeing friends so I am out and about a lot - looking for someone who is also busy and clean!

I would like to meet anyone who is interested and keen to sign on for another year ASAP, with a move in date of mid June.
