Lovely double attic bedroom with own bathroom

Lovely bright attic double bedroom with Juliette balcony and adjacent private bathroom with toilet and bath/shower. The room has a table and chair for working from home, clothes rail, chest of drawers, a TV with Netflix, a mini-fridge and tea-making facilities.

Our shared spaces include: A comfortable living room with 42" screen TV with TiVo box and Netflix; a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a pretty back garden. We have Virginmedia M125 broadband.

You will be sharing the house with me Vanda (65), half-time urban regeneration professional, half-time artist; and Ariel (24), a projects officer. We are busy people, quite quiet but friendly.

You will be sharing our Victorian terraced house in a great Brixton location: 5 mins walk to Brixton tube and overground stations, 10 mins walk to Herne Hill Thameslink trains, less than 5 minutes walk to wonderful Brockwell Park, Brockwell lido & gym, the Ritzy cinema, Brixton market and all the bars, shops and venues in Brixton.

The room is available from 4th May for one professional female lodger for up to six months or maybe a bit longer. We are planning to move house in late 2024/2025. You will have a six month, renewable assured tenancy agreement and we will give you at least one month notice when the house is due to be sold.
