we’re looking for a lovely 3rd flatmate to join our flat in brixton, just 10 mins walk from the underground and 2 mins from brockwell park!

the flat has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and shared communal garden

the room is furnished with everything you can see in the pictures, including the desk, wardrobes, drawer unit and the bed and mattress (so much storage!!!)

you’d be living with me (alice), 25 and i work in wine sales, and jess, 25 who works in finance.

we’re looking for someone fun and social who can help make the flat feel like a home, come to the pub with us from time to time and become a friend!
we’re all respectful of each others space and privacy though and would expect our new flatmate to respect that too.

bills and council tax aren’t included in the price of the room but they come to around £123 altogether.

we’re lgbt friendly, looking for a young professional between the ages of 24-29, no couples or students unfortunately.
