Hi! I am looking for a roommate to join me in a 2-bed flat in Brixton.
The flat has a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the tube or train station. Brixton Village Market, Ritzy cinema, and Brockwell park nearby.
The flat is bright, modern, and has a private garden/patio great for BBQs in the summer. Please note that there is not a dedicated living room, but a converted area in the kitchen with sofa and TV.
A little bit about me: I am 23, male, and starting work soon as a professional. I will have a hybrid model WFH 2 days per week. I like trying new restaurants, going to gigs, and staying active.
I am looking for someone with similar interests, who is looking for a flexible arrangement. While I hope we host the odd dinner party or pre-drinks, this isn't a full-on party place. Ideally, you would WFH a maximum of 2 days too, so we both have a bit of space.
The flat is monthly rolling, but of course hoping it works out long term for both!
