This house has been our home for the past three years. It's honestly a fantastic spot for a family or a group of friends looking for a social homely place.

The highlight of the house which we’ve loved it the open plan kitchen living room downstairs, which open right onto a lovely garden—ideal for sunny summer BBQs! The garden is already set up with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill, so you’re good to go from day one!

Location-wise, you’re on Brixton Hill, which is super convenient:
- Just a 10-minute stroll from Brockwell Park (great for a Park Run!).
- 15 minutes walk to both Brixton and Clapham stations.
- A 2-minute walk will get you to several major bus routes.
- Lidl is a 10-minute walk away.

The house itself has four double bedrooms. We’ve also got two bathrooms, so no morning queues!

As for the kitchen, it's got a gas cooker, a brand new washer/dryer and loads of cupboard space. There’s lots of storage space throughout the house too, which we’ve loved.
