I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in Brixton Hill. I've moved out of the flat so it's available now :)

About the Place:
The flat is super cozy and in a great location. It's just a 10 minute walk to the Victoria Line, making it easy to get into central London (~10 minutes) and Clapham is a short walk or bus away.

Current tenant:
You'll be living with an Irish software engineer in her 20s. She is neat and respectful, and enjoys going out and exploring the city or socializing with friends. She works from home full-time however we respect each others' space when we're both working from home.

Who I'm Looking For:
I'm hoping to find someone who's also neat and tidy and who can move in on such short notice!

Rent: £900 per month (bills >£100pcm)
Location: Brixton Hill
Tenancy duration: option to take over the lease, the contract finishes March 2025
Local Spots: Close proximity to a multitude of pubs, grocers, Anytime Fitness gym, Brockwell Park
Transport: Busses run to Brixton tube station by the minute and can take from 5-10 minutes to arrive at the station. The flat is well connected to Clapham, Battersea, and most southwest suburbs.
