I need someone to take on my lease till the 16th August (You will have the possibility to extend.)

You could theoretically move immediately. Due to 5 ppl bills rarely exceed 60-80 quid.

20 Min walk to clapham north, clapham common. 10 min bus to brixton (30 min walk)

Lot's of families, with a tesco and sainsburys nearby. Corner shop 1 second walk away.

This room is gigantic. The kitchen is also huge with a sofa and table, to the extent where it feels like there is a living room.

It is the downstairs room that was once a lounge b4 housing crisis. Amazing sunlight and you can take your chair on the street to work since the wifi router is in the room.

Flatmates are young professionals working in finance, events and recruitment. Only one works from home.

1 bathroom unfortunately, but due to flatmates working different schedules, rarely occupied.
