THE FLAT:
The flat is clean and bright and airy with amazing views in a nice Art Deco apartment building. It is very sunny. Walk-in shower bathroom, separate toilet, small kitchen, large living room. Small balcony with view.
The small kitchen is fully equipped with the usual amenities (microwave, washing machine, fridge, oven, rice cooker etc.). Internet connection is good.

THE ROOM:
Furnished double room with computer desk and chair. South-facing window with loads of sunlight throughout the day. Fitted double wardrobes with shelving. Small bedside table.
Additional storage is available in the flat if needed.

FLATMATE:
I am an easy-going data analyst. I am sporty (squash, tennis, cycling), like standup comedy and watching sitcoms, and enjoy making the most of the local pubs/restaurants/pool tables.

Ideally looking for a professional flatmate; someone friendly, willing to keep the flat clean and tidy, and keen on their own interests.

Rent is £830 bills not included, payable on the 26th. Cleaner comes fortnightly. Deposit is one month’s rent. Bills are council tax band B, electricity, gas, water, broadband, tv licence; normally around 180.
