I’m Katie (25), looking for someone to join a lovely 3 bed house in Tulse Hill, Brixton.

Location:

Located within walking distance of Brixton, Tulse Hill and Herne Hill, the surrounding area has plenty of shops, pubs and Brockwell Park just minutes away.

The house is in well connected area. Tulse Hill station is a 10 minute walk with direct thameslink and southern trains into central London and beyond.
Brixton station is a 10 minute bus ride away or a 25 minute walk.

The House:

Each bedroom is located on the first floor and include a double bed, shelving and clothes hanging space.

Room available from a year minimum. Start date is 1st August at the latest.

(Bills excluded, typically 100 per month for council tax, water, wifi, gas and electric).

Deposit is split equally at 981 each.

The house offers plenty of room to work from home and boasts lots of storage space.

We have a great living/dining area perfect for chilled evenings and hosting friends, as well as a large south facing garden ideal for summer.

The kitchen includes plenty of cupboards, a gas hob, washing machine and tumble dryer.

About me:

I’m Katie, 25, an environmental consultant (working from home a few days a week). I’m from Manchester and enjoy swimming, playing netball and sitting in the garden on a sunny evening.
