Short term rental of a fully furnished 1835 house, in a sought after street in trendy Brixton. Very peaceful street up Brixton Hill not far from the Brixton buzz and its market restaurants. Available for 6 months (October 2024 - March 2025). Ideal for people coming from abroad to London, or as a stop gap if in between rentals or contract ended while you search ? Ideal for two sharers, or a couple and sharer. A maximum of 4 people in the household. Clean and thoughtful people who want a nice space with a different homely feel.

This house is a typical two up two down, with a steep staircase dividing the rooms, a space with lounge and kitchen, pretty front garden and rear patio with small pond. The comfy 2 bedrooms have a wardrobe, plenty of drawer and shelf space.

Alexa is in two rooms and TV with Net flicks and Amazon prime. Bills included with fast wifi, gas and electricity being £155 per month (there is a gas fire so if excess computation of energy is used it will be reviewed but this covers normal household consumption). A cleaner will be required for end of tenancy clean at £90 and a reasonable deposit will be required to secure the property. There is free street parking excluding 12pm and 2pm Monday to Friday.

Brockwell Park is not far and there is a small shop, pharmacy and Chinese takeaway at the top of the street. The bus stop with all buses running through Brixton is at the bottom of the street. The tube is a 12 minute walk from the house. Brixton is on the Victoria line underground 10 minutes to Central London, brilliant transport links.
