Hello 💕 My flatmate is moving out in August to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room

- Large bathroom that’s all yours
- Space for a desk if you wfh
- Available from August 8 (we’ll sign a new 12 month contract)
- Rent is £1,097 plus bills

About the flat ✨

- Located in Brixton, 15 minute walk to the tube station and 3 different bus options if you’re feeling lazy
- 15 minute walk to both herne hill and tulse hill stations
- Right next to brockwell park (a blessing when London grows up and gives us a summer ☀️)
- 5 minutes from a big Sainsbury’s
- Loads of food and pub options
- The landlords are a lovely couple, they don’t live far away so things get sorted very quickly

About me ✨

I’m 29 and work in publishing, and the great loves of my life are seafood 🦀 and matcha lattes🍵 I love going out to explore London, trying new restaurants and also love a little trip to the pub. But I equally enjoy a relaxing night in cooking (my food has gotten great reviews 😂)

I’m looking for someone that’s a similar age (27+) who’s keen to be friends rather than just flatmates. If you also have a strong passion for trash tv, beer gardens in the summer and overpriced London restaurants, we’ll get along great. I love to keep the flat clean and homey - a sanctuary when you come back from work 🧖‍♀️- so looking for someone that will do the same.
