Fabulous double in Brixton with 3 wonderful ladies

Large bright furnished room with bay window in central Brixton, available from 23rd June (although could also could take someone up until first week of July). You'd be sharing with 3 absolute gems, 29 - 32 who work in fashion, finance and the civil service. Looking for one more lovely lady to join.

Rent stated includes plenty to cover bills and usually leads to there being quite a bit extra in the bills account for house supplies etc.

A stones throw from the market and less than 5 minutes to the station. The Ritzy cinema is at the end of the road, the Electric just a hop further and plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants on the door step. Large supermarket less than 10 minute walk. 12 minute walk to Brockwell park with the Lido.

The Team:
You'll be sharing the 4-bed 2 bathroom flat with 3 other lovely professional ladies who love to cook, enjoy a movie together and have a good old gossip in the kitchen. Everyone has their own lives, but the kitchen is a very much a homely, social space for swapping stories at the end of the day. The house occasionally work from home, but spend most of the time in the office and are looking for someone with a similar rhythm.

The room:
Large double room furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Bright (my plants have thrived!) with a large bay window. Plenty of space for a little yoga or solo dance party, and a great space for occasional home working.

The flat:
Large shared kitchen / living room, flooded with light. Two bathrooms, both with toilets and one with a bath / shower, the other one with just a shower. Washer dryer and intercom system.

Bills are £139 a month (we slightly overpay so there's extra) including regular cleaner.
