Brockwell park is right on our doorstep! also a 24/7 little shop across the road and a big Sainsbury’s on the corner (2 min walk away). With coffee shops and eateries nearby too. Excellent bus links going all the way into central London as well as further afield! Truly such a great location !!

Bills are usually another £112.50 for council tax, water and wifi
Then electricity varies between £30-70 per month(season dependent!) on top of that.

I’m looking for a working professional to fill the room. I’m a teacher so never wfh during the day, i do have a busy lifestyle but appreciate respecting the space (ie no loud late nights!). Would love to live with someone who is more of a friend than just a flatmate!
