Hello everyone!
We are looking for a professional (non-remote worker preferred), friendly, respectful and clean housemate on their 30's to move into our house in Brixton Hill. A lovely double room is available from the 1st of october. The room includes double-size bed and big wardrobe (with option of getting a chest of drawers, folding table and bedside table for extra 70£). The room has a big window facing the back garden. The house has a spacious living room, the kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and the back garden.
The house is located 8 mins walking from the bus stop and 10min bus to Brixton Tube station. Sainsbury’s
and Tesco are at walking distance and Brockwell Park is right behind the property.
You will share the property with 3 professional Spanish tenants who have been living in London for so many years and in the property together. We care about our living spaces. So, we like to keep things in order, but we are not obsessed either. We enjoy time together, but we also respect our own space and be quiet after 12.00pm. We like to maintain the culture of a mediterranean home, having fun but we don’t want party every weekend.
Room available from the 1st of October.
£530/month + bills (normally the bills come up to £100 per person every month).
